Creating opportunities for students to succeed despite their circumstances is a common mission among the educators and facilitators of Minds on Math. We are dedicated to addressing inequities within communities by providing a safe teaching space, with accessible and engaging projects to students in challenging environments.
Please consider supporting Minds on Math! Any assistance, whether financially or through donated time will be greatly appreciated and carefully used. Our two main objectives are as follows:
Innovative Interaction
Provide children with engaging,
interactive, innovative and fun
learning experiences.
Allow the students to brainstorm
ideas and collaborate with educators
and facilitators to develop and
implement hands-on STEAM
(Science, Technology, Engineering,
Art, Math) projects and activities.
Cultural Relevance
Prepare educators to use culturally
responsive and relevant methods
to address the multiple learning
styles of students.
